Start with what you need made
Tell us exactly what you want quoted, for example business cards, flyers, canvas prints, vinyl stickers, safety signs, banners, light boxes, motorbike decals, vehicle wraps, contra-vision or magnets. If the job needs more than one item, list each one separately so we can price the print, finishing and fitting correctly.
For signage work, it helps to say where the item will go. A shopfront sign in Paarl has different needs to a trailer sign in Franschhoek or a warehouse board in Wellington. If you are unsure of the product name, describe the end result and we will work from there.

Give us the sizes and quantities
Size is one of the biggest factors in a quote. Please include measurements in millimetres or metres where possible. For print jobs, tell us the finished size and if there is bleed. For signage, give the board size, face size or vehicle panel size. If the job is for a window, measure the visible glass area and note any frames, handles or tint.
Quantity matters too. Ten flyers, 100 stickers and 1 000 business cards are priced very differently from a small one-off print. If you are not sure about the final amount, send your best estimate and we can quote on a range. That helps with budgeting especially when a business is ordering for multiple branches across the Boland.

Choose the finish, material and fixing method
The material changes the price and the lifespan. A banner for a short promotion is not the same as a sign that must handle coastal humidity, sun and wind through winter. Tell us if you want an economy option or something that will stay up for longer. For fitment jobs, mention whether the item will be screwed, stuck, riveted or installed on site.
If the job includes lamination, board mounting, window frosting or vehicle fitment, please say so in the first message. It saves time and helps us quote the full job instead of only the print. If you need signage for load-shedding visibility, ask for reflective or high-contrast options where suitable.

Send artwork or tell us if you need design help
If you already have artwork, send the file with the quote request. Good print-ready files help us check colour, resolution and layout before production. If the file is not ready, tell us what you have so we can advise on the next step. A rough logo, phone photo or old artwork can still be useful for a first estimate.
For artwork checks, please mention whether the files are final or still need corrections. If there are spelling changes, new contact details or a different address for branches like Stellenbosch, Worcester or Malmesbury, include those in the brief. One small change can affect the whole layout so its better to send the full wording up front.

Tell us the deadline and where the job must go
Please let us know when you need the work completed. Rush jobs may be possible, but timing depends on quantity, drying time, cutting, installation and current production load. If the job is for an event, opening, race day or launch, say how much lead time you have so we can plan properly.
Also include the delivery or installation area. We work from Paarl and assist clients in Wellington, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Worcester, Malmesbury, Klapmuts and Simondium. If fitment is needed on site, tell us whether the vehicle, shop or property will be accessible and if there are any time restrictions from security or municipal rules.
What helps us quote more accurately
Here is the kind of information that usually gives the clearest quote and the least back-and-forth. The more of this you can supply, the easier it is for us to price correctly and suggest the right method for the job.

If you are comparing options, ask us to quote a few choices. For example, we can price supply only and supply plus fitment, or a standard banner versus a heavier option for outdoor use. That makes it easier to choose the right spec for the budget.

Use the enquiry form on our contact page and include as much detail as you can in one go. A short note is fine, but a complete brief saves time. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, include the company name and who should approve the proof before production starts.
