Send your job details through the enquiry form
The enquiry form is the best way to reach us. Please include your name, business name if applicable, the area you are in, and what you need made. If you already know the size, quantity or finish, add that too so we can quote properly the first time.
For sign and print work, it helps to mention whether you need design, artwork checking, printing only, or full supply and fitting. Clear details save time and avoid back and forth, especially when you are working to a deadline.
What to include for the quickest reply
- Product type: business cards, flyers, banners, light boxes, decals, magnets or vehicle wraps
- Size, quantity and any special finish such as lamination or mounting
- Where the job will be used, for example indoors, outdoor or on a vehicle
- Your suburb or town, so we can plan collection, delivery or site fitting
- Your preferred deadline, and whether it is urgent
If you are sending artwork, add a note if it is print ready or needs checks. If the file is not ready yet, we can still help with layout and setup before production starts.
Response times for Paarl and the wider Boland
During normal business hours, we aim to respond as soon as we can, usually within the same working day. Larger projects such as vehicle wraps, shop signs or multiple reprints may need a little more time because we check measurements, materials and fitting needs before confirming the order.
If your job is for a market, event, launch or fleet vehicle, tell us your deadline in the form. That helps us work out whether your order can be printed, finished and fitted in time.
Where we work across the region
We are based in Paarl and serve Wellington, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Worcester, Malmesbury, Klapmuts and Simondium. We also assist nearby farms, warehouses, retail shops and service businesses that need practical print and sign work.
- Boland business cards and flyers
- Outdoor safety signs and notice boards
- Vinyl stickers, frosted window film and magnets
- Vehicle branding, contra-vision and motorbike decals
What happens after you enquire
Once we receive your message, we review the details, check the artwork if needed, and confirm the best production route. If something is unclear, we will ask for a missing measurement or a better file before we proceed. That keeps the job accurate and avoids costly reprints.
For fitted work, we may also confirm access, surface condition and whether the site has any restrictions. In the Cape, sun exposure, coastal humidity and load-shedding can affect material choice, so it helps to know where the item will be used.
Need help choosing the right product
If you are not sure which sign, print or vehicle option suits your job, tell us what you need it to do. A shop front, a work bakkie, a motorbike, a roadside notice or a one-off promo all call for different materials and finishes.
Use the form and we will guide you through the practical options, from layout and printing to fitting and updates. No matter the size of the job, we keep the process straightforward.
