How collection works from our Paarl workshop
Most orders are collected from our Paarl premises once they are checked, packed and ready for handover. We will let you know when your order is complete and ready to collect, then you can arrange a suitable time through the enquiry form on our contact page. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please tell us in advance so we know who to expect.
For smaller jobs like business cards, flyers, vinyl stickers and canvas prints, collection is usually quick. Larger items such as boards, banners, light boxes and cut vinyl may need a bit more handling time so they can be packed correctly and stay in good condition during transit.
- Bring your order reference when collecting
- Check the items before you leave, especially for quantity and finish
- Let us know if you need help loading larger signs or boards
Local drop-offs in Paarl and Wellington
For nearby clients in Paarl and Wellington, we can arrange local drop-offs where practical. This suits regular business orders, repeat print runs and smaller sign items that do not need a full delivery run. Drop-offs are planned around production timing, route efficiency and the size of the job, so we may group deliveries to keep costs sensible.
If your order is going to a shopfront, workshop, office or building site, please make sure someone will be there to receive it. We also ask for any access details upfront, such as loading bay entry, gate codes, reception instructions or site rules. This saves time and avoids a second trip.
- Drop-offs are subject to route planning and order size
- Building sites must be ready to receive goods
- Let us know about stairs, narrow entries or limited parking
Wider Boland deliveries to surrounding towns
We serve businesses and motorists across Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Worcester, Malmesbury, Klapmuts and Simondium, and we also handle jobs further afield in the Boland when the order size makes it worthwhile. For these deliveries, timing depends on the type of product, how many items are on the run, and whether installation is needed at the destination.
Some products travel better than others. Printed flyers, stickers and smaller signage are easy to transport, while mounted boards, long banners, light boxes and vehicle-related work may need more careful packing or scheduled installation. In coastal air or dusty farm environments, we package items to reduce scuffing and moisture exposure during transit.
- Longer-distance delivery is arranged case by case
- Delivery timing may vary by route and workload
- Installation jobs are usually booked separately from simple deliveries
What to expect when your order is packed
Before anything leaves our shop, we check the finish, count the pieces and make sure the item is ready for handover. For example, a set of safety signs will be grouped and labelled, while vehicle decals or contra-vision film may be rolled or flat packed depending on the best way to protect them. If an item is fragile, oversized or awkward to carry, we will package it with that in mind.
During load-shedding periods we still try to keep production moving, but lighting, finishing and collection times can shift a little. If there is any delay, we will tell you as soon as possible. It is better to wait for a properly checked order than to rush out something that is not ready.
- Orders are checked for finish and quantity before release
- Fragile items are packed to reduce transport damage
- Delays caused by power cuts or finishing issues are communicated early
Collection for vehicle wraps and installation jobs
Vehicle wraps, motorbike decals, window frosting and fitted signs are handled a bit differently from loose print work. In many cases, the job is collected by appointment after fitting, or the vehicle is handed over at our premises once the work is complete. For on-site installations, we will confirm the time, access and any prep needed before we arrive.
Please make sure your vehicle or site is ready. That means clean surfaces, enough space to work, and no last-minute changes to the job scope. If a wrap or sign needs to be adjusted after collection or installation, get in touch straight away so we can advise on the next step.
- Vehicle work is best arranged by appointment
- Clean surfaces help installation and adhesion
- Let us know if the vehicle has antennas, bars or fittings that affect access
How to arrange collection or delivery through the enquiry form
The easiest way to set up collection or delivery is through the enquiry form on our contact page. Tell us what you ordered, where it needs to go, and whether you want collection from Paarl, a local drop-off in Wellington, or delivery to another Boland town. If you need something urgent, mention that clearly so we can see whether it fits into the production and delivery schedule.
To keep things moving, include the following details in your message:
- Your name and business name if relevant
- The product name and quantity
- The suburb or town for delivery or collection
- Any special instructions for access, parking or site entry
- Whether the order is for collection, local drop-off or wider delivery
Once we have those details, we can confirm the best way to handle the job and let you know when it will be ready. Clear instructions help us avoid mix-ups, especially on larger print runs and sign jobs with multiple parts.
